HEC-DowJones Large Buyout Performance Ranking 2025 recognition is awarded by HEC-DowJones, an independent, third party that is not affiliated with Providence. According to HEC DowJones, nominees applied and were awarded in terms of aggregate performance based on all funds raised between 2012 and 2021. Providence did not pay a fee to distribute the Large Buyout Performance Ranking 2025 and results. Nominees were not required to be members of HEC-DowJones to be considered. Please see the disclosures at the end of this page for addition information.

GrowthCap’s Top PE Firms of 2025 Award (awarded on August 20, 2025). The Top PE Firms of 2025 recognition is awarded by GrowthCap, an independent, third party that is not affiliated with Providence. According to GrowthCap, nominees applied and were independently assessed based on responses to a survey for the period of the last 12-18 months. Providence applied to receive the award with assistance from FGS Global Inc. Providence paid a fee to distribute the Top PE Firms of 2025 Award and results. Nominees were not required to be members of GrowthCap to be considered. Please see the disclosures at the end of this page for addition information.

PrivateEquityCXO and Falcon Partners 2025 Top 50 Private Equity Firms for Executives (awarded on March 11, 2025). The 2025 list of Top 50 Private Equity Firms for Executives is awarded by PrivateEquityCXO and Falcon Partners, two independent third parties that are not affiliated with Providence. According to PrivateEquityCXO and Falcon Partners, they surveyed more than 1,000 sponsor-backed executives from May 2024 through September 2024 and asked survey respondents to rank the Nine Dimensions of Governance Fit according to the attributes they prioritize in a private equity sponsor. Nominees were not required to be members of PrivateEquityCXO or customers of Falcon Partners to be considered. Please see the disclosures at the end of this page for addition information.

Annual Meeting

Global Service Day

Each year, Providence employees come together to support the communities where we live and work. This year, colleagues across our Providence, Boston, New York, and London offices participated in Global Service Day through initiatives focused on environmental stewardship, education, and children’s enrichment, including shoreline cleanup efforts in Rhode Island, hands-on math activities with students in New York, and outdoor space improvements at a children’s nursery in London.

Providence was selected for the HEC-DowJones Large Buyout Performance Ranking 2025 based on DowJones independent research which draws on a comprehensive set of data on PE fund performance provided by Preqin and directly from PE Firms and uses a differentiated methodology to calculate the aggregate performance of a PE firm based on different performance measures for at the funds managed by each firm. The performance data from 695 PE firms and the 1,439 funds they raised between 2012 and 2021 with an aggregate equity volume of $2.5tn were analysed. HEC-DowJones’ recognition is not indicative of Providence’s future performance and was not based on the evaluations of clients or investors of Providence.
